Indigenous Mental Health Counselling
To provide Wholistic and Compassionate services through individual counselling and group therapy options
The approach
Natalie and her spirit helpers walk with each person to help them attune to the areas in their life that needs support. She is aware, that each person has different passions, gifts, talents and skills to guide them on their life journey, and will provide the best support through their walk together.
Natalie is trauma-informed, and values the generational stories that are passed through each individual. She understands that each person, has had hurts happen to them, and wants to help them lift those experiences to a place of peace within their bodies and spirits, so that you are better able to cope, function and be able to re-connect to your soul purpose on this life journey.
Providing you with a safe space
Natalie’s office is where you are, she does not have a physical office space for sessions. She is able to come to you, and bring you for coffee or tea, or to sit with creation for your session.
School aged children are typically seen within the school setting. Natalie encourages the parents/caregivers to meet with her prior to the children’s appointments to complete the Initial Consultation.

Hours vary, and are adaptable to the needs of the community. Natalie is also able to provide virtual options for those that it benefits through Doxy.me

Group programs work best in-person.
